These terms describe use of Burak Simsek's portfolio and Security+ Structured Learning Course at buraks.net and buraksimsek.com. By using the course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the course.

The course

The course is an independent educational resource created by Burak Simsek. It provides structured study materials, language options and account-based progress tracking. It is not an official CompTIA training service, certification or examination. CompTIA and Security+ are trademarks of their respective owner; their use identifies the subject of the study materials.

Accounts and access

Lesson access requires sign-in through the available account options. Use an account you are authorized to use and protect access to it. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Report suspected unauthorized access using the contact address below.

Permitted use

You may use course materials for your own learning. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, impersonate others, share access to another person's account, or redistribute protected course materials without permission, except where applicable law permits. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights.

Educational limitations

Materials may contain mistakes, become outdated, or differ between translations. They do not guarantee exam results, certification, employment or suitability for a particular purpose. Verify technical guidance before applying it to real systems, and practice security techniques only on systems where you have authorization.

Availability and changes

We may update materials and features or interrupt access for maintenance and security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that progress records will never be lost. Access may be restricted for misuse or security reasons. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
